Junior Kindy
In Junior Kindy we aim to keep a sense of wonder alive by providing experiences that promote and arouse these feelings. Your child is at the age where they thrive on discovery and learning. So we provide activities that promote:
- Self discovery
- Social/emotional development
- Cognitive development which enables them to develop thinking and reasoning abilities
- Sensory/perceptual
- Fine and gross motor (small and large muscle development) and one of the most important - play. Play is a child's life, and the means by which they come to understand the world they live in.
Toddlers' Room
In the Toddlers room we aim to make your child feel secure, comfortable and happy in an environment which is much like a second home. This is achieved by spending time having one-on-one contact with your child throughout the day, and encouraging parent participation.
Activities including:
- Story time
- Sand, water play
- Outdoor play
- Singing songs (including various body/finger movement songs)
- Art times - play dough and various painting activities
- Hand-eye coordination activities, puzzles
